What We Look For in a Student
The Fellowship Initiative Selection Committee seeks to identify students who have demonstrated:
- Academic achievement.
- Determination and perseverance in the face of challenges.
- Strong motivation to attend and graduate from college.
- Leadership and public service.
- Considerable financial need.
In addition, students should be able to attend TFI programming three Saturdays a month and attend after school sessions at least twice per month.
